Flexible Appointments:

I understand that life is busy, and counselling sessions can be difficult to get to. I offer counselling sessions at times when you are available, including week nights and Saturdays, as well as during regular business hours. My specialised Grief and Loss counselling services can be conducted via online platforms, such as Zoom, or face-to-face at my practice room in Kallista, Melbourne. For End-of Life Counselling, I also offer at home and hospital visits by negotiation.

Referrals:

A referral from a GP is not required to attend Grief and Loss sessions or End of Life Counselling sessions.

Fees:

I believe counselling should be accessible for all people with need for our services. I don’t offer Medicare Rebates, but instead keep my fees at a price which is usually less than the out-of-pocket expense incurred after rebates are given. Unlike Medicare rebated Mental Health Care Plans you will not be limited to a prescribed amount of sessions.

Individual Counselling:

Cost: Initial Session (90 minutes) – $120
Regular Sessions (60 minutes) – $100

An additional travel fee of $30 per hour is charged for home and hospital visits

Cancellation Policy:

I understand that at times cancellation of a session is unavoidable. I request that 24 hours notice via text is given to avoid a cancellation fee of $50 being charged.

Banking Details:

I ask that all on-line counselling sessions be paid 24 hours in advance.
